Refunds or Exchange request are equal value only, less shipping cost within {7} days from the time customer receives their order.

  • No credit or allowances will be issued on any merchandise just sent back. {NO EXCEPTIONS}
  • No credits or allowances will be issued on merchandise held over 7 days. {NO EXCEPTIONS}
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges unless the item received is found to be our error (wrong item shipped).
  • Items must be returned in "unaltered condition" and properly protected against shipping damage.
Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit items.
